1. First, the instrument panel of the diesel generator set. 2. Before using the diesel generator set, be sure to check the water level line in the water tank of the diesel generator set to ensure that the water level can meet the use of the machine;

3. After the previous inspection is correct, wait for everything to be confirmed, then turn on the ignition switch, and follow the instructions provided by the generator set manufacturer, during which the operator continuously observes all the instrument data of the generator set;

4. The engine oil part of the diesel generator set: Since the engine oil we adopt in the summer is CD engine oil, No. 14 engine oil. Observe the oil scale during the process of adding oil, add the oil to the upper part of the midline of the oil travel ruler, and do not exceed the upper stop line of the oil scale; cover the oil cap, remember not to add too much oil, which usually causes oil And engine oil.

5. Distinguish between oil intake and oil return. In order to ensure that the oil intake of the machine is clean, the diesel is generally allowed to settle for 72 hours. The position of the oil inlet pipe must not be inserted into the bottom of the oil cylinder, so as not to attract dirty oil and block the oil pipe.

6. Shut down. First turn off the air leakage switch, disconnect the power supply system, the diesel engine is adjusted from the high speed to the low speed gear, let the equipment run for another 3-5 minutes, and then turn off the equipment.

7. Pump diesel. First loosen the nut on the hand oil pump, hold the handle of the hand oil pump of the diesel generator set, and pull evenly until the oil enters the oil pump.

8. Air leakage switch. Before starting the equipment or when the equipment does not enter the closing situation, the power switch should be in a separated state. There are four wiring terminals below the power switch. The switching power supply that the zero line touches with the zero line of the live line is a 220V strong electric system. 9. Connect the starter. Identify the positive and negative of the motor and the positive and negative of the battery. The two batteries should be connected in series, which can exceed the actual effect of 24V. Connect the positive stage of the motor first.
